Courses and registration
How do I register for a course?
Choose a course on the Institute page, click "Register for this course", enter your details once and review them. Your registration is sent to APEX on WhatsApp or by email and confirmed manually.
How much do the courses cost?
Contact us for current fees. Course fees are paid on a secure Paystack page after APEX confirms the amount for your course.
How and when are courses delivered?
Contact APEX Institute for current course details, including dates, timetable and delivery.
Will I receive a certificate?
Learners who meet the completion requirements may receive an APEX Institute Certificate of Course Completion. It is not an accredited qualification.
APEX CMS software and subscriptions
What is APEX CMS?
APEX CMS (Apex Construction Management Suite) is software for estimating and managing construction projects. It covers takeoff, rate build-up, bills of quantities, tenders, site management, procurement, variations, payment certificates, cash flow and final accounts.
Who is it for?
Contractors, quantity surveyors and everyone in the building industry who measures, prices or manages construction work.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Apex Professional free for 14 days. Create your free account in APEX CMS to start, then download the software or open it in your browser.
How much does it cost?
Apex Professional costs GH₵350 for 3 months, GH₵650 for 6 months or GH₵1,000 for 12 months. Every plan includes every module and unlimited projects.
How do I pay?
Payment is through Paystack secure checkout. Apex never sees or stores your card details.
Do I need to install anything?
After the short free-trial form you can download APEX (trial version). On a paid plan, the downloaded software gives full access to APEX Professional. Opening APEX in a web browser runs at trial level.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once you download Apex, you can keep it on your computer; after you sign in, it keeps working without internet for up to 3 days at a time.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Apex runs in your phone's browser as well as on a computer.
Can I export my BOQs?
Yes. Bills of quantities export to PDF, Excel and CSV, and you can import existing BOQs from Excel.
How do I learn to use it?
Join an Apex training class, and watch the short video tutorials on the Apex YouTube channel covering each part of the software.
How do I join?
Join the class, fill the form, pay with Paystack, download the setup, install, log in, then join the Apex Telegram group.

What we collect
When you register for a course or send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the course or service you are interested in, and any message you write.
The website itself does not create accounts or store your details. Your registration or enquiry is sent to us through WhatsApp or email, which you choose and send yourself.
How we use it
We use your details to register you for courses, send class information and timetables, respond to enquiries and quotation requests, and support you with APEX CMS. We do not sell your information.
Payments
Course payments are processed by Paystack, an independent payment provider. APEX does not see or store your card details. Paystack handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
Other services
When you use WhatsApp, email, YouTube, Facebook or Telegram links on this site, those services process your information under their own policies. APEX CMS software accounts are managed inside the APEX CMS application.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and enquiry records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete them. In practice we keep them for up to 5 years after your last course or enquiry, then delete them securely.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing or messaging us using the details above. We aim to handle personal information in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website operated by APEX Institute of Engineering and Technology and its divisions. By using the website you agree to them.
Course registration
Registering through this website expresses your interest in a course. Your place is confirmed once APEX confirms the course fee and timetable with you and your payment has been verified.
Course fees, dates, durations and delivery arrangements are confirmed before you pay. Refunds and transfers: if you cancel at least 7 days before your course starts, we refund your course fee in full. After that, or once the course has started, fees are not refundable, but you may transfer once, free of charge, to a later class of the same course, subject to available places. If APEX cancels or postpones a course, you can choose a full refund or a place in the next class.
Certificates
Learners who meet the completion and assessment requirements of a course may receive an APEX Institute Certificate of Course Completion. Unless stated otherwise in writing, these certificates are not accredited qualifications.
APEX CMS software
Use of the APEX CMS software, including free trials, subscriptions, downloads and licences, is governed by the terms shown inside the APEX CMS application. Software subscriptions are purchased separately from course fees.
Consultancy services
Quotations requested through this website are not binding until APEX issues a written quotation or agreement for your project.
Content and intellectual property
The text, images, logos, course materials and software shown on this website belong to APEX Institute of Engineering and Technology or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
